Application Dates
Did You Know? Students who receive credit transfer/equivalency for more than 40% of their scheduled program credits in a term, will be switched to part-time status. In these cases, students are only eligible for a refund if they applied for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) during the first application period for that term.
Please Be Aware: Changing from full-time to part-time status may impact your eligibility for student loans, study permits/visas, and other types of funding

| May 9 | Deadline for 1st Spring/Summer Term Application Period | May 9 is also the refund request deadline. See more information on refund policies. Note: Full-time students are not eligible for refunds on individual courses that have been approved for credit transfer/equivalency. |
| June 10 | Applications Open for 2nd Spring/Summer Term Courses | This is your second opportunity to apply for credit toward courses scheduled to begin after the June Student Success Week. Note: Students are not eligible for refund if they switch to part-time status as a result of earning credit transfers/equivalencies in the second application period. |
| July 11 | Deadline for 2nd Spring/Summer Term Application Period |
