The Strategic Leadership program is designed to prepare managers and aspiring managers with the knowledge and skills needed to become effective and successful leaders. Emphasis is placed on goal setting, motivation, time management, communication skills, and leadership styles. The program combines instruction with hands-on activities, allowing learners the opportunity to refine their leadership abilities in real-world scenarios.

Participant Commitment

  • 8 days of in-class instruction over an 8-month period
  • Attend weekday classes from 9am - 3pm
  • Participation in classroom discussion and presentations

Certification

Upon successful completion of the prescribed curriculum, the student will receive a certificate of participation in Strategic Leadership.


Admission Requirements

Working professionals, managers, aspiring managers, new leaders, or individuals with demonstrated leadership potential.

Payment of course fees will be due a week before the first class. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or cheque payable to New Brunswick Community College (91探花).

Participants must be a domestic applicant (Permanent resident or Canadian Citizenship).

Withdrawal/Refunds: Requests for withdrawal from Continuing Education courses must be made within 20% of course duration. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process. An administrative fee may apply.
