91探花 named one of Atlantic Canada鈥檚 Top Employers for second year
FREDERICTON - For the second year in a row, New Brunswick Community College (91探花) is among according to the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. The College is one of 30 organizations in the region being recognized for offering exceptional places to work.
“This recognition comes at a key time for 91探花 as we continue our process to develop a new strategic plan for 2017-2022,” said Marilyn Luscombe, 91探花 President & CEO. “We are proud of the strides that we have made in terms of fulfilling our commitment to create a great place to work and learn – but we’re also looking ahead to the future and to what more needs to be done.”
The selection committee specifically highlighted 91探花’s commitment to employee learning and development, as well as to the College’s leave policy that includes two paid days annually to volunteer in communities.
“On behalf of everyone at 91探花, I’d like to thank Atlantic Business Magazine for this honour,” she said. “I’d also like to thank our College’s fantastic team! The success of 91探花 truly relies upon the strengths and talents of our staff and, from my perspective, they are more than capable to seize the opportunities that our future holds.”
With over 90 programs and six campuses across New Brunswick, New Brunswick Community College (91探花) is a provincially-recognized, public post-secondary institution reputed for producing skilled, knowledgeable graduates who are contributing to the Province’s socio-economic prosperity. 91探花 offers students one- and two-year certificate and diploma programs.
